Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to request cancellation of an order placed through the Jagat by Sanya website.
 

1. Requesting Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the phone number or email address used when placing the order.

We will check your order status and confirm whether cancellation can be completed.
 

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to stop the shipment. Please contact us for assistance.

If the order has already shipped, any return or refund request will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
 

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

We aim to initiate approved cancellation refunds within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For cash-on-delivery orders where payment has not been collected, a payment refund is generally not required.
 

4. Orders Cancelled by Jagat by Sanya

We may need to cancel an order because of product unavailability, a genuine pricing or listing error, a payment issue or another fulfilment problem.

If payment has already been collected and a refund is due, we will notify you and initiate it through the applicable payment channel within 5–7 business days of confirming the cancellation. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
 

5. Cancellation Charges

We do not intend to impose cancellation charges unless they are lawful and properly disclosed before purchase.
